Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized steel is defined as a carbon steel sheet coated with zinc on both sides. There are two main processes used to produce galvanized steel: continuous hot dipping and electro-galvanizing.
Galvalume Steel Sheet & Coil
Galvalume Steel Sheet is carbon steel sheet coated with aluminum-zinc alloy by a continuous hot dip process similar to the galvanizing process. Galvalume steel sheet is recommended when a high level of corrosion resistance is very important.
Stainless Steel Sheets & Coil
Binge Steel stocks a wide variety of stainless steel coil. Stainless coil is commonly used in kitchen equipment, furnace parts, heat exchangers and decorative applications. Available grades include 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 201 and 430.
Prepainted Steel Sheet & Coil
Pre-painted steel, or coated steel or PPGL/PPGI, is steel that has had paint applied to one or both sides via a continuous coil coating process to produce uniformity in the paint finish. The steel can be coated with different substances. It can be a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, galvalume steel sheet, or an aluminum sheet to a surface chemical treatment (coating)
Cold Rolled Steel
Cold-rolled steel is low-carbon hot-rolled steel that has been rolled at room temperature, below its recrystallization temperature. The steel is then cleaned of oxide scale and finished in a specific series of rolling to just over the desired thickness, heating to controlled temperatures, and final rolling to the desired thickness.
Steel Pipe and Tubes
We carry a wide selection of custom steel pipe options including carbon steel, stainless steel, and seamless steel pipes. Whatever your application needs are, we have the best steel pipe options for you.

Galvanizing – White Rust Cures and Prevention
Wet storage stain describes the white, generally powder-like substance which can form on the surface of a galvanized article. It can also create black spots on the surface during initial development and generally consists of natural zinc corrosion products, such as zinc oxide and zinc hydroxide.
Differences Between Hot and Cold Rolled Steel
It’s important to note that the main difference between hot rolled and cold rolled steel is one of process. “Hot rolling” refers to processing done with heat. “Cold rolling” refers to processes done at or near room temperature.
Types Of Corrosion On Metal
The corrosion of structural steel is an electrochemical process that requires the simultaneous presence of moisture and oxygen. Essentially, the iron in the steel is oxidised to produce rust, which occupies approximately six times the volume of the original material.
Corrosion control
Understanding Corrosion and How to Protect Against It. To make the use of steel and other metals practical in construction and manufacturing, some corrosion-protection practices must be employed.
